This interview process is very long. I am talking about a 3-month long interview since application. Very nice and pleasant HR lady gives screens to you and gives you initial information. After that, it took around 10 days to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. He was super nice as well. Three weeks later got the third round with the panel. They told me they will let me know in less than 2 weeks. Well, 20 days later nothing. They just ghosted me. I emailed the HR lady that was scheduling everything, Nothing. No replay. It feels now like it was a huge waste of time. At least tell people that You went with another candidate don't ghost them.

I had a first-round behavioral interview (45 min) via Skype with one of the BI Analysts at the BBIA sector of USAA.
Two weeks later, I received an invitation for a final round onsite interview. I attended a dinner on with the other applicants as well as some of the directors at the BBIA sector, followed by interviews the next day. The final round had two parts, one 30-min technical interview immediately followed by a 30 min behavioral interview. Apart from the interviews, we had a tour of the main campus building as well as a presentation about the company that day.

I was provided with two tables containing information on current USAA members, and was asked to write a SQL query that returned all of the members (each row corresponded to a member) who were happy with the service they were receiving (there was a column that indicated their degree of satisfaction with service).
