Entrevista
I applied online and got a phone interview. They started off asking me behavioral questions. Then they asked me an algebra question about databases, then asked to design a traffic system, then asked how I would teach a programming language if I didn't know the language and I only had two weeks to learn it. They emailed me back a week later and offered me a final round interview.

Entrevista
The Interview process consisted of a phone interview and 2:1 interview. The phone interview asked basic familiarization questions, math problem, and critical thinking IT related scenario. The face to face consisted of two USAA employees that was fairly similar to the phone interview.

Entrevista
I was selected through a campus job board. First round of interviews consisted of a dinner the night before and then a one hour interview the next day. The questions were easy and fairly straight forward. They were mostly behavioral questions with one puzzle question. I was contacted within the week to go to the USAA office in San Antonio for second round interviews.
PHone call, then many questions about resume, then a formal team interview. Environment was professional with each person having a copy of my resume and background. Good questions, lots of focus on how I would solve a problem.
