I applied online and about 3 weeks later, received a phone call from recruiter for initial screening. Recruiter asked me basic questions about my background, qualifications, why USAA, why looking for a job now, and such. It lasted about 10 minutes. After initial screening, I received the email the next day to invite me to a Zoom interview with the hiring team. Met with the hiring team and had a conversation about the team and the position. Very casual and comfortable. I eventually had to expedite the process the day after the Zoom interview because I received another offer and the recruiter was very responsive in replying to my inquiry about the status. I didn't get moved forward to the next step unfortunately but I really appreciate the professionals here in USAA made interview process less stressful and enjoyable.
