Applied online. Heard from recruiter within a couple of days. Had chat with her a few days later. I was then informed that there would only be one additional interview: an hourlong Zoom with the entire team and hiring manager. This interview was extremely professional and enjoyable complete with thoughtful and challenging questions.
It’s now been six weeks and I’m still waiting. I checked in with recruiter at the 3-week mark and was informed that “the team has not yet met to make a decision.” While
I don’t believe this for a moment—I still thinks it’s incredibly unprofessional to keep candidates waiting this long.

Initial phone screen with Recruiter. She asked basic questions about my background qualifications and interests in the role. I am not very impressed when recruiters ask you to walk them through your background, especially when you only have 30 minutes; I think they should ask you more pointed questions, so they can learn more specific areas.

Entrevista
Panel interview that was conversational. They asked about action plans and last experience. The leaders were very transparent and let me know if their struggles and what they need in a leader to help get the area back on track.
