Basic Panel Interview, asked behavior questions... Didn't accept offer. Compensation was well below market average. I got the impression the employees are underpaid. When asking about the compensation, they toted their total compensation package like that actually matters when their opening offer is less than $40K with no monthly incentives. I told them the market average is $60K plus bonuses.

Multiple stages: phone and 1-2 in person. It also included a personality and speed typing test. A little strange, but whatever. Pass them both and ended up getting the job. From start to finish it was 3-4 weeks to get hire date.
