Entrevista
I applied and almost 3 weeks later I get scheduled for a phone call interview. She asked a couple of generic interview questions, we went over my resume, and she explained more of the position and the company. She then told me she would send me onto the next round of interviews that will take place over Zoom.

Q: Tell me about yourself Q: Why are you interested in this position at USAA? Q: Tell me about a time you had an upset customer. Q: Tell me about a time you had to persuade someone that went in your favor.

Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.

Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
