First Interview was a Information session followed by an interview. The interview consisted on behavioral questions and the people were very relaxed and laid back. During the information session the team explained the benefits and work environment. They also explained the interview process and the different deadlines, this was useful because you know when are they going to notify you if yiu get to the second interview.
