I applied based on a listing from Indeed. I was contacted by a USAA recruiter/agent. I was asked various questions, nothing difficult, but it wasn't a positive experience. The recruiter seemed very bored, or disinterested. After a short time, she signed me up to have a technical interview with another department. I received an email telling me when to call in for the technical interview. At that time, I talked to two developers about the company. One seemed to have been with the company awhile. He seemed disinterested in the interview process. the other individual seemed to be a bit junior and showed more interest. I asked about the position in more detail because the job description was very general. I was told that they were evaluating me for a variety of possible positions.
