I had an in-person interview with 3 employees in the industry. Interview was conversational- questions were asked and after answers, the interviewers would talk about how what was said relates to the company. Typical behavioral questions. Also discussed my technical skills.

Entrevista
First I had a phone interview with HR, then another with the VP of the department. I was then flown out to San Antonio, TX to interview and went through roughly 8 hours of interviews. It was long, but enjoyable. They made me an offer roughly 1-2 months later.

Entrevista
1st Interview (Phone Interview with HR rep)
I was initially notified via email, by an HR rep (Contractor), that I was selected for a 30-minute phone interview with the HR rep. During this initial interview, the HR rep asked me a series of generic interview questions relating to my qualifications, salary requirements, relocation, personality, interest in position, etc. After the interview, I was contacted shortly after requesting my availability for a phone interview with the VP of the department I would be working in if hired.
2nd Interview (Phone Interview with VP of department)
The interview with the VP primarily entailed an explanation of the position and to gauge whether or not I was a "good fit" for the department/position. However, there were several questions relating to my qualifications and questions testing my knowledge. Overall, the 2nd interview was very relaxed. At the end of the interview the VP asked if I would be willing to fly to San Antonio for a series of interviews; of course, I said yes.
3rd Interview(s) (6 In-Person interviews with all Lead Quant. Risk An. and 1 with VP)
I was flown out to San Antonio and booked at a hotel near the San Antonio USAA campus (USAA paid for all travel expenses). Drivers, hired by USAA, picked me up from the airport and brought me back to the airport on my way out. The interview itself was quite long, but timely and efficient. I interviewed with 6 team leads and the VP of the department. Each interview, except 1, was approximately 30 minutes in length. Every interview included questions testing my knowledge and proficiency relating to the position, explanation of the department and position, etc. I was even given a campus tour and taken to lunch on campus.
I hope this helps future applicants! Good Luck!
If we offered you the job, what, if anything, would prevent you from accepting the offer given everything you've heard today throughout the series of interviews?
