The interview process is very thorough, complex and requires getting trough multiple steps. The steps include a screening call, one-on-one interviews (Virtual / Face to Face), panel interviews, a presentation, personality assessment, backroad check, phone conversation with the Regional CEO. (May include a Role Play at some point as well.)

Many back to back interviews but was well prepared by recruiter. TImeline was well laid out and calls were timely, though it was rigorous, it was manageable. Interview went from recruiter all the way up to regional ceo

Entrevista
Recruiter was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. They also were respectful of time and ran a tight ship. There was about 3 official interviews and quick prep calls before each interview.

They ask a lot of the basic sales type of questions to get an idea of how we operate. Really asking questions related to grit and previous roles and processes to see if its a fit.
