The supervisor called me after I filled out my application and he wanted me to go on a short ride along with another locator and just watch them for a couple of locates in order to verify it was a job I would be able to do. Afterward we had the "official interview and went over all the paperwork and they answered any questions I had. Then I was given a seat in the next training class which I believe started within less than a week. After training I was stocked up with supplies, equipment and a truck. I was fully employed and happily working 70 to 100+ hours per week.
