The interview process was conducted in three phases. The first phase included an online CBT aptitude test followed by an online English communication assessment. On the interview day, there were three rounds: two technical interviews focusing on role-specific knowledge and problem-solving skills, followed by an HR round discussing background, role expectations, and company policies. The overall process was structured and well-coordinated.

The overall interview process was good.
It had 2 online assessments, one for the aptitude and other for communication.
Next we had 3 rounds of one on one interview. First 2 rounds of interview were technically and the third round was the HR.
