Two rounds of HR Interview , one with the hiring manager to understand , if I am suitable candidate for the kind of work . then one with Global Head HR to understand my attitude

The interview went really well—it was quick and felt more like an interactive session than a formal interview. It was more about sharing who I am, and for the first time in my career, I confidently spoke about my skills, what I can do, and what I bring to the table. The panel genuinely appreciated my openness and honesty. I had the opportunity to connect with four leaders, and I really liked the way they approached the conversation. There was no pressure at all; they were open, which made the entire process so comfortable for me.
