The client interviewed me directly since UST does not have a horizontal concept or or a CoE.
Ust just arranged for a conversation between me and the client.
It was more like a staffing assignment process where direct client talks to the employee

The salary range discussed initially was not met in practice by anyone in the company, and was not offered to new candidates either. A total time waste for me and the recruiters.

Entrevista
Started with face to face discussion followed by zoom call.Then followed by HR discussion and it took nearly 3 weeks to finish the process. Overall it was a good experience.
