telephone interview with HRD, than video conference call. on my second interview I was asked majority of closed questions which really put me off to whole process. Lack of communication from resourcing team, seems no proper recruitment processes in place no wonder company have such a bad review and no confidence in HR.

Entrevista
The interview was mainly focused on deliverables and KRA's. The panel's and the coordinators were very much supportive through out the process. It was very helpful to recap my achievements and responsibilities.
