Interview process is not at all organized. I attended interview with UST after which reached out to HR for feedback where it was said feedback is not received, so waited for a couple of days, then for a week and then for a month still no proper response from HR. Later it was said feedback is lost so they are not proceeding. Shocking to see such unorganized process with a well known organization.

There are 3 rounds as informed by recruitment team. First round covers the questions from JD but 2nd round - they asked the question which are not mentioned in JD It seems to me that JD was not designed correctly

It's more of how well you can manage a project and interact well with customer counterparts. Asks about the processes, how well you manage a team. How will you take care of your best performers
