Got call directly from ust global. The first round is telephonic , they asked some questions related to my background, last project and technical . After two days ust called for face to face interview at trivandrum. The Senior technical guy asked few questions and he was nice to me.
The very next i got call from the account manager and told me i have selected. Throughout the entire interview process I'm very much happy and satisfied.

Explain about your roles and responsibilities in your current organization.
1 tech round 1 manager round 1 hr round. All were very easy. Basic java questions and plsql questions. Find the second largest salary. Manager round was easy with what's the expectation about the job.
