I was referred by a friend of mine. Attended 2 interviews, first a technical phone interview and second a face to face interview with the account manager. Technical interview covered my skills and basic knowledge on database. I am a Python programmer, hence got related questions. Face to face interview with the account manager was more on why do I want to join UST type of questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
