The interview process is worse. I had been interviewed on weekday. the interviewer was not interested in taking interview. he asked mi manual testing questions and at the end asked me to write test cases. within 20min he had wrapped up. Recruiter think that employees who are in need for job but they dont understand that employees are keeping their work aiside at the scheduled time and attending interviews.
