Recruiter contacted me via phone and asked to schedule an interview. During the interview one person joined and asked me to turn on the web cam (His web cam was off) for which I obliged. He started with basic C# questions for which I answered most of them and after a few questions. He started asking about React (for .Net developer position) I tried to answer as much as possible and at the end he asked to write string reversal program in the chat for which I did. He was not sure if the program I had written would work. He asked me if it’ll work, I said yes. No response from him and he went somewhere for good 10 mins while I was waiting with web cam on doing nothing. He came back and asked if I know Azure for which I said no. It was nowhere mentioned on my resume . He said interview is over. Later no response from the recruiter
1. Never give interview to this company which has no basic common sense of how to select the candidates for the interview
2. Interviewers are the worst who has no knowledge
3. If they’re looking for someone with Azure why did they select me for the interview which was not mentioned on my CV ?
It was interview for multiple colleges at the same campus. There were two aptitude level tests. After clearing that, in the same day it followed with group discussion. The topic was on the spot. After that, there was a HR interview.
The interview process was well organized and professional. The interviewer was friendly and explained each stage clearly. There were two technical rounds followed by an HR discussion. Feedback was provided promptly.
