Interview process was worst. Second interview was scheduled very late after clearing 1 round . After completing all the rounds they took so long to release an offer letter after confirming they are going to release and just 10 days before joining they revoked the offer and said client has rejected to provide the CTC I was asking for and they can only give me this ctc which was 10% lower than my existing CTC. Check before you even proceed with them for interview. They wasted my 2 weeks time.

Entrevista
The interview ran for only 30 mins. First after the introductions one of the interviewer asked me how would you design a FastAPI codebase with frontend, backend and middleware services. I got many cross questions based on what I said. Then another interviewer gave a python snippet to solve. and lastly was asked a question on auto scaling in Kubernetes.
Another surprise round of interview was scheduled, questions were targeted mostly towards GitHub Actions and Kubernetes. Most of the questions were scenario based. Didn't asked me to write any action's workflow or yaml.

HR Screening:
Initial screening conducted by the HR team to assess candidate eligibility, communication skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the role requirements.
Technical Round 1:
Evaluation of foundational technical skills, including core Python concepts, web frameworks such as Flask, relational databases (MySQL), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Technical Round 2:
In-depth assessment covering advanced and problem-solving–oriented Python questions, along with system design concepts to evaluate architectural understanding and scalability considerations.
Final HR Round:
Discussion focused on compensation, availability, company policies, and final confirmation of mutual fit before proceeding with an offer.
