I had a conversation with the recruiter and then I had a scheduled interview with a manager. I thought the interview with well and he even stated he liked my answers. I asked what the next steps in the process were and was I told by the end of the week I would hear back from them because he needed to reach out to his boss first. After two follow-up emails and almost 3 months later, I still have not heard back. I take that as I did not get the job, which is fine but it would have been nice to not have been lied to nor ghosted.
