Really weird experience. Got called (terrible phone line) to arrange an interview, but the HR person seemed to be offended by the fact I asked a couple of questions about what to expect. The interview was then arranged and after hours of preparation, I dialled in and got told one of the interview panel could not attend and the interview would need to be rearranged. That was the last I ever heard. Very unprofessional experience.

HR called me for checking on aspirations and setup context on JD and checked current and expected CTC and arranged a meeting with Hiring Manager and myself, all was well but had a foolish experience as i told HR on very first screening that my notice period is 90 days non negotiable, still they invited me for couple of rounds and at the end they were stupid enough to say we can only take you if you can join in 30 days.. just wasted my time
