I was recruited through a friend of a friend. Did a phone screener with the guy I would report to, then they flew me up to NY. The flight was delayed so they were kind enough to let me come the next day and sent a car to pick me up at LGA. The interview itself was with two or three younger people who wouldn't report to me, so I'm not sure why they were there. One of them definitely thought I was weird when I got excited to see the Davis Cup in the lobby and wanted to check it out. I mean, really? The DAVIS CUP. If you're a tennis fan and that doesn't geek you out, I can't work with you. :P Ultimately I didn't want to move to NY.
