Initial communication was fine. Professional HR staff. Easy to find building. No follow up. Not even a thanks but no thanks. I even wrote a after interview email and got no response.
Within 5 mins of interview of war told I'm over qualified. I mean I drove 1.5hrs so you could waste my time.

Entrevista
I met (Teams) with the department supervisor and my direct supervisor. It was casual and they asked regular getting to know you questions, explained , the department and what was expected. They were friendly, relaxed and willing to answer my questions.
