It was very smooth process, proper orientation etc.

I showed up to PI's office for the interview and he asked me if I was familiar with this type of research (which I was). Then he proceeded with explaining the details. After that he asked what are my plans for the future and if there were any experiments or procedures I wasn't comfortable doing. And then I went to meet with everyone in the lab and got a tour of the facility. They called me that afternoon with the offer
