easy going, like a tour and was great to meet with all the other workers and really learn about everything that they did as opposed to just being told, which was an amazing process and really interactive
I came in for an in-person behavioral interview, which was conducted by the head of operations of the department I would be joining. My would-be manager also sat in for the interview, but the head of operations was the one asking questions.

Easy, department knew what they were looking for. Only had to do a single interview and was offered the job. Didn't have to do much more besides write thirty words minimum on this post.
