UTC was very punctual and polite the whole way through. Every step took one to two days, and they seemed committed to a fast hiring process. Their staff was professional yet still seemed genuinely passionate and interested.

In my career this was the worst experience i ever experienced, the recruitment team takes candidates time for granted. There were around 500 to 800 people came for interview and on that day recruitment team was collecting resume from everyone and screening those resume. It should be done before you call us for an face to face interview, not on the day of interview. If you are not from aviation backdground then only one answer they say you can leave for the day.

Entrevista
The process was a bit slow. The entire process was done over the phone. I had my initial conversation with I'm guessing some one at HR who then said he'd set up a technical interview. I had my technical interview, and apparently was hired immediately after that.The entire process seemed a bit fishy, as there was no face to face interview. 'HR' then immediately started asking for personal documents, including SSN, drivers license photos, birth certificate, etc. Everytime I'd provide information, they'd ask for something more.
