The interview process is pretty straight forward, you apply online to an open position, you get a first 30 minutes phone interview with the recruiter to see your interest and fit for the position, then you get a technical interview with the team lead of the department you're applying into, then finally a third interview that is more character / personality based to see if it would be a right fit for the team.
