Applied via referral from a Ubisoft employee. Took a few weeks but first had a HR screening where they asked about my willingness to relocate, immigration status (need a degree and/or to speak fluent French). Then I had a call with two of the team members which was quite challenging but positive, and I was informed this would be the last step in the process. A few weeks after, I was informed by the person who referred me that they wanted to offer me the role but immigration would block my relocation because my degree was not relevant to the role.
