The worst hiring experience In my life. I went through four one-hour interviews, plus a week-long test, only to be rejected with an automatic mailbot, without any explanation, after being ghosted for three weeks. So unprofessional.

Pretty simple straightforward interview. Probably the most respectful interview I've ever had - by that I mean they actually recognized my experience and didn't just throw stock behavioural "working with others" questions at me. This is in contrast to most companies that seem to treat you like none of your experience matters. I only had a single 1 hour interview with the art team, they extended an offer without having to move to interview panels of other people. Personally I think that's amazing, those panels often feel like a waste of everyone's time (firstly interviewers generally already have their mind made up after the first interview, secondly I don't understand why as an individual contributor I usually need to talk to the head of a department where I'll barely even interact with that department at all)
