Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Ubisoft (Montreal, QC) em fev. de 2025
Entrevista
I had 3 interviews including the screening one. The first one was 30 minutes with the recruiter. Then 1 hour technical interview with a nice leaders. The second one was not good. It was 1 hour with questions about Machines learning. During the interview, they didn't ask any questions about gaming engines and the job description doesn't mention that as requirments.
Finally, they rejected me as no experience on gaming engines where that point didn't mention on job description or teams during interviews.
It was good experience to see how ghost jobs are.

Made me go through the whole interview process where I passed each step till the end then not give an offer/close the role because of budget or business decision or whatever excuse they came up at that point.
- Initial phone screen with recruiter
- Technical test on RL, ML and general coding questions on codility.
- 1st Technical interview with the team on test review talking about previous experience and some design questions plus situational questions
- 2nd technical interview with the team talking on some technical questions(some questions were re-iterated seemed like they were just wasting my time at this point)

Telephone interview followed by One on One with manager. Interview was pretty short and mainly consisted of the manager being rude and basing all work experience from the answer of the question "what is regularization used for?".
