They understand agencies and marketing departments and seem to have some expert understanding of those functions. It is a productive discussion. Then scheduled staff interviews about 2 weeks later. First with the a director then followed by and team round robin style interviews. They are long lasting 2 hours on average. Some information repeated a number of times. Very normal process of both phone and in person discussions of skills and deep discussion concerning the work environment. The overall experience was very normal one interviewer was a bit pushy on details but nothing too unusual. Follow up on most things with in a week.
