Pretty straight forward interview. The in person interviews were 20 minutes long, not sure what you can learn from someone in 20 minutes but overall the experience was good. The biggest complaint is that the farther you make in the process the more personality and aptitude tests you have to take.
Smooth process and very clear in what is expected. Communication was timely and professional throughout. Each stage was well organized, with relevant questions and transparency about next steps, making the overall experience efficient, straightforward, and respectful of my time.
Multi-step and very thorough process across the board. Numerous assessments and rounds of interviews to ensure fit in the company culture, the team, the department, and for the role itself
Phone call with recruiter. In person interview with the team - 3 rounds with two people each time, this all happened in one visit. Was very conversational, no technical questions.
