Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Uline (Hudson, WI) em mar. de 2017
Entrevista
Fairly long process. Uline is pretty specific on who they hire. Bachelors degree is a must for full-time. Met with four different people and had four different interviews. Had to take some tests as well. I was told if I was not to pass, there would likely not be an offer.
Sit you in a big room and a group to do random assessments entire atmosphere is as dream crushing and soul crushing as you can have cubicles lined up like a cattle farm and rows of miserable people
Interviewer was late. Had a great conversation though. 2 weeks later followed up on my application with some lady from HR who didn't seem to want to talk to me. Attitude from the start and then sent me straight to a voicemail. Next day declined from the position. Applied to other roles but immediately declined as soon as I submitted. HR has an attitude and now I'm blacklisted? Yikes. Dodged a bullet.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Uline (Pittsburgh, PA).
