A job fair was posted I applied online, and was called the very next day to be invited to an invitation only job fair the next week. They send me an application. For me to print out and bring back in, along with a drug test consent forum. I go back and am placed in a table according to my first name. They have a timed test 4 minutes and want you to stragitically guess the number that’s next in sequence. As well as another test 4 min in witch you can not complete all the questions on the test, they say it’s not counted against you. But your supposed to identify the Exzact numbers sequence and place a check next to the number. People were called up and I was one of the last 4 to be called up, she walked me across the room and towards the door, as I was waiting it seemed that the other people that were called before me were still talking while she asked me a few questions about my past jobs

The process is very long and it makes sure they narrow down their selection After several tests and a couple in person interviews I thought the company was very interested however I ended up just getting an automated email saying they wouldn't continue with my application. I honestly felt I was lead on by the company considering how hard they made it seem to be getting an in-person interview just to be shot down via email.
