Applied online. Received a call to schedule face to face interview, no phone screening questions. Got 4 personality tests to fill as well as 2 background checks and references. On day of interview, had to do to tests on site along with at least 30 other candidates. Interview was done on the warehouse floor on plastic chairs lined up in two rows of 15 people. So yes, you will have to talk about your personality and you salary expectations next to other candidates applying for the same role, who are also doing their interview. I personally never seen such a bad taste in privacy and concluded that taking candidates as a commodity is most definitely not a company I want to work for, no matter how great they say they are.

Take a numbers test then you speak with HR the questions are very basic and experience doesn’t matter I worked in customer service for 19 years I was told the candidates have to fit in with the “culture” honestly I don’t believe u would have fit in with their “culture” I had too many questions about negative reviews I read online

The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
