Two interviews, no much information as to what they are really looking for in the successful candidate. The interviews were not interactive, questions were not great and made it feel as it was just matter of going through a series of questions on a list in front of them. Series of personality tests taken before the interview give the candidate a wrong impression.

Testing, then a virtual interview with regional directors. Interview lasted about 35 minutes with opportunity to ask questions at the end. Was told they would have information for me by Friday - 3 days later.
