The process is long and tedious. First step is an amplitude test, which takes about 30 mins. Then you have take a test for Microsoft office to have an understanding of how well you do with excel, word, etc (for this position, I don’t quite understand). I had a quick phone call with a HR recruiter about the role. I set up an interview with 3 software developers remotely (30 mins) and made it to the next round. For the final interview (1 hour), I interviewed with 3 more people: Two software developers and one manager (this was in person). I didn’t hear from them for about a week, so I followed up. I was just sent an automated email saying I was rejected. They don’t even respect your time to send an email. I felt my time was wasted, this took process took 3-4 weeks.
