I had to take a lot of random tests/assessments before the interview that didn't really seem related to the position. The first interview was virtual, conducted on Microsoft Teams. The questions they asked were pretty typical interview questions.

Completed 4 on-line tests, then more tests upon arrival. Interviewed with the internal recruiter and he seemed bored and disinterested. Was told I would get follow-up the following week and that was over 4 weeks ago. Very poor behavior not to close the loop with candidates.
