Pre-interview assessment, followed by two more on-site assessments and then a two on one interview (again on site) with HR where they asked the standard pre-written questions. The interview lasted about 40 minutes.

There were lots of assessments and levels of interviews. A long process and just a bit outdated. I'm sure it is a nice place to work, but it may have outdated processes and procedures.
