Once selected, I had to complete an online test. Then, print a hard copy of the employee application form including a personal profile form to be brought to the face to face interview. On arrival, I submitted the application and personal profile form to the receptionist. Shortly after, an administrative assistant greeted me and walked me into a meeting room explaining that there's a short test to do for general skills, most of which were mathematical type questions. I was given between 4-6 minutes to complete each section. Once the testing was complete the face to face interview with the HR manager started and lasted approximately 45 minutes. The interview consisted of standard interview questions and answers.

They are posting over a dozen FM positions on Indeed, etc. in California. Turns out these are not FM positions as described in the posts. Instead they are looking for sales reps to push their products.
