HR ask questions. Was not too in depth or engaging. Got to second round where I met with someone in the department. Asked about projects and simple questions, also some questions about being a good fit.

It was an extensive interview process with a phone interview, online assessment, in-person interview, in-person assessment and drug screening test. Seemingly everyone receives all of the same assessments, not necessarily related to job duties.
