I went through a hiring agency, but had an in person interview with 3 different people at the company. I chose not to move forward with the interview process. The company seems to lack diversity and although they bragged about their benefits, the maternal/paternal leave is only a few days, after which they expect you to use vacation and personal days. That doesn't speak highly about the company to me.
