I applied online and recieved a call back four days later. Had two interviews: one with the AMO and then one with DM. Both very easy relaxed interviews. They are very selective - I was one out of six interviewed for my position.

The interview process had 3-steps with different managers. The store GM, a different store GM and the Area Manager. All of the questions had to do with getting to know you and asking about your experience. They also wanted to know what plans you had to improve the current operations process.
