I submitted my resume online and heard back about a week later to set up a phone interview. I was in a different time zone than the HR person, and made sure to tell her my availability in her time zone. She scheduled the interview for a time outside of the 3 or 4 options I listed, and I had to ask her to reschedule because of it. Phone interview went well (or so I thought at the time). The HR person asked me to interview with two different assistant managers, one for the position I applied for and one for a different job, but working on the same team. I sent a thank you note to the HR person. I didn't hear back, and after about 5 days I sent her an email asking if she had heard back from the managers about their availability. No response. A few days later, I followed up again. Nothing. Then about a week later, I got a generic email from the company saying that they had chosen another candidate. Then about two weeks later, I see the job back up on the job boards. Really unprofessional.
