Four interviews: initial screening, then with three employees. Each interview was very easy. Everyone was outgoing, nice and good at communicating their questions and answering mine. It seemed a bit rushed, so I thought I was being fast-tracked for having a skillset that matched up really well with the job requirements. 9 business days later, I got a generic automated rejection email saying a different candidate was selected. So, I guess not? Very confusing, I thought it went really well. Then, a couple months later, I saw the job re-posted? Very odd. Just checked: they have another opening posted with the same job title, but it's listed as hourly and part-time. Never seen anything like that happen before. Maybe I dodged a bullet?
