Applied online and got a call back soon afterward for a preliminary interview, where they asked me to confirm a time to come in. HR sent an email to confirm the time, date, address, and dress code, along with some info about who I would be speaking to and a number to contact if I needed help with directions. I came in for my interview to find four other people came in around the same time. Two left after filling out the application form and while waiting to be called in. While I was scheduled to speak with the hiring director, I was told he was away and so I interviewed with someone else. The guy was friendly, he asked fairly standard interview questions (e.g. "Tell me about yourself") and talked about the work that they do, which he said was primarily with expanding the D.A.R.E. program in Virginia schools. He also showed me the toys the company collects to give to children in local hospitals.
