After the behavioral interview, they gave me a 4-day assignment. I finished it in a day or two and invited them to the Git repo, but they didn't respond to the invitation, and it expired. Honestly, it felt a bit like a waste of time, not really adding much value.They keep posting the same job over and over again, which I guess is probably to show investors they're growing. So, don't bother putting too much time and effort into those test projects for them – they probably won't even bother to join the repo.
