Please don't not waste your precious time in attending interviews in companies. They are not sure about what is the requirement and what they are hiring for.. They will test your patience and then waste ur time... No professionalism. No proper infrastructure. This is almost like a start up company in the name of some MNC. Please respect candidates time and effort. Have some professionalism. They want one person to take over the entire product or may be the entire company's headache. So they will make you feel they are going to give you your expected hike or even more. And then slowly play tricks to avoid you. For me they said they had a process of talking to my manager to get my review. Thankfully my manager told something in favour of me in a positive way when these ppl forced him to tell some negative about me. Oh please. People.. first improve your communication and then try to talk to my manager or anyone u want in this world.. I know what my manager told about me. U played a trick against me with this. Never heard of such cheap tricks or methods to avoid ppl. I contacted you guys several times. If you guys were not interested in giving this offer after promising me u should have atleast told me directly. Cons: Don't not waste your time attending this interview. Promised to give me offer after three rounds and an additional round with the VP. But still no update on this.

1st round - Telephone technical, 2nd/3rd - Technical & lead skills, 4th - With leadership, 5th - HR discussion. Entire process took 5 to 6 hours. Everything went well & during HR interview I was promised that I will be offered a good package as the responsibilities are more and the role was a challenging one with architect & lead skills. I was positive about joining the company. But next day, HR called me to tell they have decided to offer just 10% hike from my current salary despite telling them my expectations(45% hike) before the interview process & he was rude when I questioned about the little hike. I understood they cannot afford a good candidate so I declined the offer. My current organization is far better during the internal appraisal cycle as I have received 16% & 23% hikes in my last 2.5yrs of working with them. End of the day, It looked unprofessional because HR was aware about my expectations before the interview process & he promised me good hike during the interview discussion as well. But failed to impress me with the offer. So I declined.
